PRESENTATION
Koh Samui situated on the east coast, in the
south of Thailand in the gulf of Siam. Koh Samui
is the largest island of the archipel of 80
islands , most of them inhabited in the national
park of angthong (the golden globe).
Placed where it is the island not touched by the
tsunami.
With a surface of 250 square km
it is the third largest island of the kingdom
after phuket and koh chang the nearest
continental town being suratthani at 60 kms
west. (koh means island in Thailand).
It was discovered by the first
tourists in the 70s with no water nor
electricity with a population of fisherman and
coconut suppliers, the island still sends 2
million coconuts per month to Bangkok.
A tropical island bordered by
coconut trees and white sand beaches. Samui is
deserved several times per day by boats and
planes.
It is situated in the province of surrathani.
In the last 20 years Samui has
become the destination of Asia.
Today samui has created a solid reputation of a
small tropical
paradise to all its visitors.
